- These guys really deserve their reputation. They took me to see any place I wanted without hesitation, and were super patient with me. I even asked to go back to the same place multiple times when I'd almost made my decision and they happily obliged. Even though I'm a foreigner I had no issues finding an apartment with Daikoku Sumai. Before them, I tried another agent who claimed to have zero fees but they acted quite unprofessionally and I got a bad impression of them, so in the end I chose Daikoku Sumai. Every time I visited I was treated with courtesy and respect. And by the way, Daikoku Sumai's referral fee was not high. For sure I'd use them again in the future.
